Our Achievements
Six decades of leadership, service, and recognition — from the chapter’s 1961 chartering ceremony to international honors carried by Pasadena Kappa men.
Since its chartering on March 17, 1961, the Pasadena (CA) Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.—the Rose City Nupes—has stood as a pillar of Kappa’s presence and service in the Pasadena community and throughout the region. From the chapter’s earliest days—when hosting a formal chartering ceremony in San Marino in 1961 was itself a powerful statement of progress and purpose—we have remained committed to leadership, brotherhood, and community improvement.
Over the decades, our chapter has continued to answer the call in ways that reach beyond titles and recognition. Through mentorship, community outreach, and programs that uplift local families, we strive to represent the fraternity with excellence and impact. Our story is one of legacy carried forward—honoring the charter members who laid the foundation, celebrating the achievements of our brothers, and ensuring the Rose City Nupes remain a trusted force for good in Pasadena and beyond.
Reclamation is more than paying dues — it’s reconnecting with the bond, the work, and the brothers who started this journey with you. The Rose City Nupes have built a clear path to make returning straightforward.
